Project Management
Strong experience as Project Manager. Has been responsible for IT project deliveries in 10 years including integration and infrastructure. Has mastered both a classic IMPA project management set-up and a SAFe inspired agile set-up.
Scrum Master
Very experienced in the role of Scrum Master - has worked with roadmap management and facilitated the process of breaking down business requirements into Epics, that has been implemented by an Agile team in an ART set-up.
Program Management
As part of the Program Management very experienced working within agile/SAFe framework - has worked with agile transformation from a conventional project and maintenance set up, to a SAFe Agile delivery organisation in the finance industry
